Can another member confirm this to be nerfed.

It works but you must hotswap.

To hotswap you must use the banker storage, deposit the hacked item in storage that you want to equip, now, the slot that that item goes to must have another item in it. You then pick up that item and trade it or swap it by directly clicking the hacked item in your storage. This will equip the hacked item.

just like he says... it freezes for a little bit and then nothing happens. all of these cheat engine codes arent working for me, the programs are though

Sorry if you follow it exactly as it is and it isn't working then the server may have patched the hotswap bug.

Ok it's already in the video but if this helps then usually when you search the weapon name first you want to edit is in the 5th address 3rd byte cause that's for the race (80 cora, 70 bellato, 40 accretian - may show different but ignore and edit).
Then in the 10th address its pretty simple the 1st byte is the level you can check this by clicking it and the same with the 4th byte which is the PT requirement . Make sure you changed all those then hotswap it (Obviously only those where you don't meet requirements).

You should find a section like this just as long as your memory viewer is at the default size or showing 16 bytes a line.

everytime i try to search using ce it says no readable memory this is for retail i can do it on rfultimate private server no problems

I find the weapon- do the setting requirements- it lowers it to lvl 1 and pt requirement to 1 and then i try hotswap it with the weapon i have on my char ( which i tried a lvl 5 normal/special and int ) but it jsut freezes and does nothing.

This doesnt work anymore- they have patched it.

It may work on a private server- but why bother cheating on a private server when theres allready massive changes to the game

Need working cheats for the live version.
Seems nothing i tried here on this site works for the live rf online ((
oh except for speed hack and pot hack- which arent any good anyways cause 90% of players will jsut fraps you and get you banned!!!
