1. You need item.edf from other PS patch. I use item.edf from RF Commanders or POA.
2. Copy item.edf from patch u downloaded (Data table/en-gb/item.edf) to your RF folder, and make back up copy before use this.
3. Login your char and try to trade your intense with other. If u got DC, try to backup your item. edf, and login ur char, then don't use all armor/weapon (put all armor/weapon to your bag and don't use it). Remember do this to all character.
4. Try step 2.
5. U can trade and u can put your armor/weapon to your bank. Some Dragon armor/crimson 65 can put into bank too but not tradeable.
6. happy trading and duping (last was not my suggest)

There is a faster and better way to do this. You just need to use CheatEngine and enter the name of the weapon, and there you could see a hord of numbers:

those bold values are the one responsible for making an items unstoreable, undroppable or untradeable. just change those value to 00 and explore.

I try to make Untradeable to tradeable with CE so many times, like u did. But not working, before i post it. u only see posibility trade but still can't tradeble (client side). U wrong dude... (older trick 3 years ago, but not working)
