buying free potions

i recently found out an "exploit" caused by a lag mistake and it saved me allot of money ingame heres how to do it
1. Go to the alchemist/sundries w.e, put the pots in your inventory
2. Trade with a friend, put the pots that you are buying in the trade~
3. Now make the trade with ur friend and ull have the pots with him and exit outa the npc and vuala~ u saved dallant or dissena or cp w/e

cant get it to work. as soon as a trade window is opened with a friend, the buy window for the potions is killed by the server.
anyone else?

Yeah I'm going to have to agree... There used to be a dupe where you used NPC and trade windows simultaneously but they nerfed that...
What version are you playing on OP?
This is a yay if it works on other versions nay if it "was" for retail.
