First make sure you have gold to buy cash shop items.
-Open banker and open cash shop. (dont close banker).
-Select an item to buy and choose as much as your credits can buy. (e.g. 99pcs).
-Do not click BUY IT NOW yet.
-Deposit your gold to the banker but leave some gold to buy 1pcs.(e.g. 99Bust Potion cost 99k gold, deposit your 98k gold and just leave 1k)

-Click BUY IT NOW and you get the 99pcs but you pay only 1k.

No. The cash shop doesn't even accept gold, it goes with CREDITS.
