I can not read any of the FAQs on the forums with an obvious link to the left which lets you reach them to read up on yays / nays for submissions. I used excessive profanities and use all caps for no reason to express a point which is stupid because how else would content on the site get approved.

Administrators approving or denying submissions on the site used to be on here but people did not like it so we moved to a way to have it with the community voting as people thought the admins where bias.

It is a way for members to approve of the material that comes into this forum/site.

of course people cant read the FAQ (FAQ is an acronym for "Frequently Asked Question(s)" if you didnt know ) section which is clearly marked on the left and will answer most of their questions. all of them on the case of this issue.
