first buy accuracy pots and wear ur highest possible armor and if ur pt in range is 1/66 use the highest possible range weapon u can use INT weapon ofcourse if u want to ungimp ur melee weapon same procedure just use int melee weapon highest weapon possible then go to crag mine and kill the guard chip use skills 1st and if u think u can now hit it with normal atk do so coz normal atk gives more pt hope this help ^^

Fastest Way to Fix a Low PT is via dual-logging another race and hitting them.

This is also the fastest way to GM Skills/Spells. the trick then is really just finding a good glitch spot to hide while you let a macro do it for you.
