I've been away from hero for awhile and i've decided to come back to it, but for some reason or other. My char got locked out in the lockout awhile back, so i've decided to create a new one and my question is where can i find those guys that stay up all night and lvl up your char for you....i heard they live in cambodia or something....i've heard about them a couple of times thru the grapevine

the highest lvl is 100 right?...or is it higher now?....either way, i want to be a good 70 or 80 at least
