This will make every thing that was lesslikly to happen just as likly to happen.

step 1.
Go into your hero online folder and find the folder called data click on it.
step 2.
look for a file called "tb_ProbabilityTable" open it with any text editor.
step 3.
Look for a file called "tb_RareProbabilityTable" open it with any text editor.
step 4.
Copy the file called "tb_RareProbabilityTable" and place it on your desktop.
step 5.
Now that u have your back up, copy everything that was IN the file "tb_ProbabilityTable" and past it over every thing in the file called "tb_RareProbabilityTable"
step 6.
save both of the files and run the game.


If you have any errors simply repast the back up file you made. But i didnt have any errors so enjoy!

Do you have any idea what that changes, provided it works (and the files don't get overwritten by the server) ? Maybe the probability is on the success of the smith, so the rares don't get broken as often as the normal weapons ? That would mean you turn the success rate DOWN on the rares instead of up.

I would make a backup of BOTH tables, and try if you have better luck at upgrading normal weapons when you do it the other way around - storing the RareProbability content into the other one instead of vice versa. I would look up the content with a hex editor first and see how the values differ.
