To level a horse quick u must have wind drift ability. Then u must run is circles where mobs are and jump back on horse defeat them all. Then do it again .
ok why in the world would you dismount your horse run round and then get back on him, as soon as you dismount then the horse no longer gets exp. do you mean run around to get more mobs? you do realize a horse gets exp for every 3 minutes of combat you are in not how many mobs you kill while on him..... I am not flaming just askign you to clerify your confision post...
