The flaming sword quest item that you receive from completing the early level quest has no level or stat requirements. You cannot trade quest items, but since you share a bank with all your accounts, once you get the item you can bank it and then switch to a new level 1 hero and start using it. Using this method you can hit level 10 in about 10-15 minutes.

ya... thats more common sense than anything else xD. You can also do that with some of the rare rings and stuff.
