Basically if you want to get the most exp for your money, you need to be exactly 19 levels lower than the person you are farming. In case anyone is too lazy to add 19 to their own level (like me!)

Well, I can give a more specific break down of what he's trying to say if you want. Would it be cheap of me to make my own guide explaining it? Since his is lacking in any usefull content other than a simple easy chart thats clustered and hard to read? Sorry, nay. I'm sure the Hero Online Staff has already clarified this. All players must be 19 levels apart from there exp seller. Otherwise, your exp gained from a person 21 levels + higher than you will give you exactly 1% of exp points.
