L1 - Server Maintenance 8/1

We'll be taking down the live and test servers at 1PM CDT today to publish the Polymorph event and make a change on the test server.

Here are the changes planned:
The Polymorph Event has begun!
* Players of all levels can now use Baphomet, Deathknight, Dark Elf, and Assassin Master morphs!
* Morphs will be returned to normal on August 8th.
A magical change overcomes a magical ring…
* Players playing on PTS may notice a shift in the behavior of their KillGlance rings… remember this is PTS only.
