L1 - Double XP Event 8/29

We'll be taking down the servers at 1PM CDT today for the Double XP Event, which will start at 2PM CDT and last through September 5 (at 1PM CDT). Also note that we'll be removing all of the Halloween candy when the Double XP Event ends, so use it before you lose it!
