Lvl 1 to Knight??

Well, here is something I really would want to know first hand. How long will it take no average to get from lvl 1 to lvl 60 to become a Knight? Now second, what are the best lvling area, states, and skills to go for? If someone can help me with this info here, I will be very happy and so will everyone else that looks at this topic.
