How good/reliable is this site?

Hey guys. I'm new here and I was wondering, how reliable is this site? I mean I don't want to pay for some site where a bunch of noobs ask for hacks like "hax plz" or w/e. I just want to know your opinion of the site. How good is it?

I feel The Same Way Like IF I pay like 10$ and go to hack sections its gonn be like noobs there going Hax plz Can Someone Make Me Hacks plz????
I have a way Im gonna stick around for a while and post ALOT save up TU Bucks then use them for Membership!
