ok fixed....I deleted all the files (I think) except for the patcher, ran the patcher and it downloaded all new vgextreme.exe file etc, and loads up now.

Still confused as hell on the scripting language though. lol

hey you and i and at least one other person are all having the same problem... or had.. you said you used a regsvr32 and copy and pasted your dlls? how did you do that? I thought all you had to do was log in to exhume to register the dll. I'm not sure how you get this damn thing to work and its starting to frustrate me

well

I did everything under the sun and still haven't got mine to work. Vgextreme just sits there. Exhume crashes when I try to start. I regged the .dll but I didn't move them to system32, I just changed to the directories of the dll's. I really don't want to upgrade to Vista, but I might have to just to see if that gets it to work. I posted everything I did but never got a solution. I found another guy with the same problem and sent him a pm but never got a response. I (think) I got xunleashed to run but who knows for sure.

I still check back to see if anyone gets a workable solution for me, but I'm about ready to do the unthinkable and upgrade to Vista...

I can only test on XP and Vista. If you are running something else, I canot reproduce the error.

How close is it to a new release that fixes the tooltip api probs and how long on the api that will finally allow the crafting bot to work fully????
