Go to where the wounded soldiers are sitting and attack them. they attack back but there stats are insanely low. usually drop in 1-3 hits. they respawn almost instantly, and with like 10 of them there you never run out. for grinding defense, just aggro a few and let them wack you for a bit, then kill em when your health gets low. good place to max your stats at low lvls.
