Is there any way to check for stealth I could not find one?

Is there a game command that will put you in stealth but not take you out of it?

Invis is easy you just cast it if your invis it won't break it but stealth turns it on and off.

Any help would be appreciated was thinking of working on a Ranger or Rouge bot.
