another non aggro npc

In the Qailan Sea at Skrilien Point (-10,-8) the Scawlra Scavengers on top of the concrete head in the water are non aggro makes for an easy kill. they are lvl 18 2dot.
quick edit - figured it out - the aggro range is 25 - if you have 30 range spells your good to go. 25 sometimes works but be careful.
