Nothing tricky about it. Just cast Renewal 1 and Renewal 2 and it will stack, both buffs active. Health and Endurance regeneration rates increase.

Since I don't have Renewal III, I don't know if it will stack with the first 2 or not. I rarely have problems with running out of endurance anymore though

it shows me both in my buffs but if its rly stack dont know.

also use it all time since playing my cleric its for me and my mates a common knowledge.

it only the icon that stacks not the buff.
