Drops some of the best legs, bp in game at level 50 and drops the BP "core" component for Swamp Armor


Basically at the bottom of his stairs between stair and wall you can chain fear him endlessly, and i do mean endlessly

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

Everyone knows you can chain fear him. This isnt a specific exploit to Heg either. Its just Vanguard's !@#$%^* combat system.
