The REAL Zone Crash Technique.

First of all, use a spare account to do this. They track it and have busted a few people for EXTREME abuse for farming named in Gorgalok and Nusibe.
Stand inside the zone you want to crash. right on a zone line.
Start summon mount.
Zone over to the other chunk at about 50% mount summon. maybe 25% done? play around with it a little.
When you zone over, the mount should still be trying to summon. Don't let it finish. Zone back to the chunk you wanted to crash fast. Build up a bunch of mounts. Keep zoning back and forth, never let it complete.
The zone you wanted to crash should be crashed. You may have to try this A LOT before you figure it out.
We only have 1-2 people in my guild that are capable of doing this quickly.
Not everyone can figure it out. But this IS how to do it.

Id invite you to watch it happen on my server, but I really don't want to trust anyone from here.
If you are lurking and know this works, please speak up.
after building up a bunch of mounts, you need to let it summon with just the right amount of time left. Its a very precise thing, that nobody can perfect it.
We got a guy in guild that can do it in 5 minutes flat. Another guy took 20 minutes and couldn't do it.
This is NOT easy.
Also, the only zone worth crashing is the dungeon in Rumug swamp. Rhaz mobs are on dynamic timers, save 1 or 2.
Try it on the fallen cove/swamp of rumug chunk line. Our expert crasher said it worked better than the other adjacent zoneline.

I can asure you i have tried this at every percentage for any amount of time on mutiple chunks. No good bro.
Im not a idiot either, i have been doing almost every exploit under the sun since beta and if i cant recreate your results then it just simply is not going to work for 99% of other people. If this ever got a "Confirmed" status you would just have a thread 20 pages long saying "imz a n00b can joo plz helps me?"
