In Three Rivers Village, do quests for Captain Vauni Graylion until you get the "Outlaws: Rewarding Our Heroes" quest. Accept it, and go east to kill Draven Outlaws for the right arms arms needed. Now here's the good part, you don't have to return to the Captain to hand in your quest right away. That is, like the barsagal sap quests, you can just keep collecting arms, more than you need. They go in the inventory in stacks of 10 so you'll have tons of arms if you fill your inventory. When you feel you have enough, go back to the Captain, hand in the quest, accept it again, hand it in again, lather, rinse repeat as desired.

Since the sap quest is bugged and I couldn't stock up on sap, a friend and I collected arms for an hour. We ended up with about 100 before we quit.

Confirmed.

Doing this in conjunction with the missives is good stuff.

But you have to have the quest in your journal to be able to loot the "arms", so take it, stock up the items and go turn for xp when you're overloaded

The only problem with 3 rivers is the place is usually swarming with people. The quests in the area are generally easy, and are decient for exp. This means that it is often complicated by haveing way too many people in the area questing.

This method does work though. It is good exp from level 12-14, and just ok to 15. After that, it is painfully slow. But still a decient repeatable quest none the less.

I would suggest doing this quest in conjunction with the quest line for the guy in the tower north of 3 rivers. (Starter for this quest is in 3 river (Mage on the hill or something like that.) That quest also requires you to kill the outlaws. And constantly return to the tower. By the time you finish the quest line you should have 5 or 6 turn ins of the outlaw quest finished. Which basically means decient exp.

((It is also fun to put the outlaw bodies in a sack, take them back to the tower, then return to throw them into the river.))

Agreed, this is exactly what I did, you wind up having to kill a buttload of the outloaws, and get a crapload of arms to turn in by the time all is said and done. Did this yesterday, between levels 12-15. At 15, the XP return isn't good, so will need to find something else to do for the 15 to 16 grind- Khegor's End grouping should work well.

At 14 or 15 you can do the water quest that someone has a macro for somewhere around here.

Im too lazy to find a link. Search is your friend. Its never been mine.
