This works if you have two NPCs fairly close to each other that can be parleyed.

If you open the parley menu with the parley you want to repeat, while that menu is opened target a nearby NPC with your mouse, then click the parley you want in the already opened menu, this will make you start said parley with the other NPC, not the one you opened the menu from. So once you complete the parley, if you click the original NPC again, the parley you just finished is still in the list.

For example: You are doing Bartender parleys, you only care about the 250 skill parley, so you open the civic diplomacy window with a bartender, then target someone nearby (does not have to be a bartender or any specific class of person) then select the 250 skill parley, you will do the bartender parley with the other NPC instead of the bartender, you still get the same exp and rewards from it, then if you go back to the bartender, the 250 skill parley is still there, rinse and repeat, no cooldown.

Yes i just verified that this method of getting around the parley cool down indeed works very well my hats off to the one that found this out !!!!!!

Yeah, was an accident to find it while grinding ahgram prestige faction, but it is useful, just not a ton of diplomats around to take advantage of it

June 22, 2008. I just tried this out, and it still works. As a diplo grinder, if I find NOTHING else on this site, my year subscription is already worth it=). Good call on this one!

As a side, note, this makes getting the diplo buffs up ALOT easier than running around trying every NPC for specific buff topics
