Grinded out a few levels within a day from level 11 with this.

Go to Veskel's Exchange, and then go to the Missive Board. After right clicking, select and accept both the "Redcap Mobility" and the "Verdant Mounts" missives. After this, head on down to the Verdant Lurker's HQ.

Verdant Mounts:
Once at the Verdant Lurker's HQ, you can see a little box, where the horses (Verdant Lurker Mounts) our located. This can be seen by a horse outside the fence, and surrounded by several Verdant Lurkers. Kill off a few of the Verdant Lurkers, and go inside the box. Kill off the four mounts inside, and then the one outside. You have now have 5/7 of the mounts killed, and it is now time to move onto the "Redcap Mobility" missive.

Redcap Mobility:
Surrounding the HQ, there is a hilly area, with all sorts of creatures. Guess what spawns here quite thickly? Blackfur Spiders. Get your mount and run around the HQ through the hills, seeking and destroying any of the spiders you can find. Keep going around until you finish the quest, which should be done fairly quickly.

After you have finished off the spiders, you can then go back to the box where the horses are located. They should have respawned by now, and if not, you can grind on the Verdant Lurkers outside, which can drop some decent loot and give up a fairly good amount of XP. After finishing both missives, head back to Veskel's Exchange, rinse and repeat!

P.S.: I'm not expecting anything for this, I was just having a hard time with the quests at this level, so I wanted a way to grind so I could level up and THEN do the quests.( Plus the missive rewards can be quite rewardful)[/u]

YEs - as a matter of fact every even level gain the missives change slightly for more level appropriate mobs. It's a great place - but on my server tends to be a large number of people in contention for the mobs .. which tends to make the rate of return a bit lower.

If you are on at low times for your server, or if people on your server simply aren't aware. This is one of the best ways to grind.

Once you get around level 14/16 you might want to start moving to Veskal's exchange to do the missives there. Once again, the same issues apply but it's a greate grind.

This is probably pretty widely known as well but if your in thestra, the Three Rivers missives are awesome. Take the game hunters and the bear paws. Run south from town and circle the bugbear camp. Both of them spawn together all around the camp. Made 11-15 in under 6 hours(with the new xp this goes even faster) and you get about 60cp per i believe.
