The key it to repeat the "Kill 9 Red sparrow" missive with a full group, make sure to have someone with evac and a bard for run speed. The sparrows are near by and have a good respawn time, and there is a full area of them further down near a lake or something of the sort (not sure of the exact loc).

With a good group this hardly takes much time and can get you better xp then grinding/questing anywhere at this level. (I did this with my guild on the last day of x2 xp because I was leveling faster, and the great thing is the missive reward xp hasnt been reduced at all). Our group was able to pull up to 7 at a time, which made this very quick, it probably only took 2 minutes to get the kills needed and another two for a quick run back to get the missive again. If the spot is being used by other groups also it may take around 5 minutes since you use the other spot also.

Sorry that I can't provide more detail on the red sparrow locations but its not hard to find, the other location is down a road near some water or an edge of some sort. good luck n good hunting

This probably isnt a legit method of grinding since you get almost a box every 4-10 minutes, so use it while you can!

Ill go with a yay - I was currently doing this before seeing this post - and I can tell you that its a pretty effective method. If you can't find a group, just do other missives that require a smaller kill number. I have evac though myself, so it makes it a little easier for me when soloing. If you get a group with bard speed and evac, you could most definetly burn through these very very quickly for good exp.

which of the SW missives woudl be easier for soloing if I'm not with a group? Red Sparrows have a habit of spawning really close together which makes soloing difficult and slow.

Meat for Southwatch is pretty easy to solo. I did that and the grave stirges then moved on to the Harry the Undead one once it opened.

I went last night to check this out to help some friends lvl quick and I could not for the life of me find the missive, there were 4 missives on the pole in the middle of town but none of them were kill 9. can you provide any more information.
