Does LOTROExtreme correspond to a Japanese client?

I don't think that it is localized for Japanese.

Localize may not do LOTROExtreme.
I want to know whether LOTROExtreme can be used with a Japanese client.

If you are running a Japanese version of Windows (I assume that is what you mean by client) you should still be able to run eXhume or LOTROExtreme.

If you are running a Japanese version of LOTRO (If this is what you mean by client) - you can certainly run eXhume. You can most like run LOTRO - although there is a slim chance that problems occur - based on how Turbine builds the the Japanese version and if that build is significantly different from the English version.
