Can't get script debugger to load on my computer

I get a copy error when I try to load it.
Setup cannot copy the file scrptDbg.inf
Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and insert "(Unknown)" in the drive you specify.
Any ideas on where I need to put this or what I need to do to get it to work.
I am running 32 bit windows vista
