Scions of Fate players get the bug in Open Battle Arena during the Independence Day Event.
Approximately 235 players got stuck in Open Battle Arena because of this error.
Go to your
Scions of Fate folder -> Datas -> Bone->
Copy BoneN15095.bon to somewhere else
Change the name to BoneN15096.bon
Copyback that into Scions of FateDatasBone
