I am not sure if I am right on this but I think there is a hidden packet analyzer in Pinnacle.
Try running it on your character u'll be amazed to see that u never run out of Vital Energy no matter what lvl of VE u have.
I tried it on characters with 100 VE, 500 VE, 1500 VE etc but pinnacle knows excatly when to meditate and replenish your Vital Energy before you run out of it.
How can it identify this if it doesn't have codes for analyzing incoming packets?

it reads the GUI basicly it uses pixels to locate how much VE u have
thats y u need to have ur display set to wat the instructions say
cause i will read the colour of the pixels in a specific location
basicly and when that area goes black boom it meds

Yes, it's a colour pixel location, once the colour changes from red to black it executes meditaion.
