easier way to find skill cheng

well seems lots of people have been having trouble with the calculation of the chengs soo
just change the level of the skill from 4 bytes to 2 bytes
if the skill is level 1 the value will be 0
change it to like 9 or 11 for 10 or 12
now everyone can make their own cts instead of waiting for someone to make one that works for them
i think im gonna quit 9d so i maay release the stuff i found

anyways good luck on finding more things by urselves everyone
