How dose SoRa Remake Engine 2.6 work on 9Dragons

Can anyone show me how SoRa Remake Engine 2.6 work with 9Dragons. What do i have to do step by step. I want to upload a CT to my char... but i dont know how to do it. im new here so i need help...
