TRIPLEX CRASH

WHEN I PRESS START AND AFTER THE TRIPLEX LOAD I GET A ERROR SAY THAT "TRIPLEX CRASH". PLEASE NEED HLEP IF ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PM.

I'm assumin you get more than 1 popup. Give ALL the info, not just that triplex crashes.... god!

THERE IS A OTHER POPUP SAY THAT "NINEDRAGON.EXE" HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. THAT WHAT THE OTHER ERROR POPUP SAY.

1 make sure ur graphic driver are up to date
2 try running the game from the website
3if this dosnt help email acclaim
and please dont use cap lock
