hello im playing 9dragon two weeks and i am now with a qeust that is so simple but if i do him it says quest cancelled

has anybody got ann idea for this because i must deliver a book to lushan city but if i go to zhengzhou it says aotomatically qeust cancelled

i think u need party for this q

i am stuck on this one quest i cant find the next quest right after divine sword v leading up to divine sword vi
