How to max out your new skills...

Hi people !
I'm back again...
Here is what I found while using those UCE.
I don't know if someone has already posted something like this. If so, just delete my message...
If you've readed those tips about 'How To Search a value', it is said that u need to have your skills at cheng 2 or 3 to make your hacking easier. I agree. It works well.
But, I will add this : u don't need it anymore with a new brand skill that u've just bought from your Master.
I found that the decimal value of the new skill (non-activated) is '1'. And when the skill is activated at the Training Ground, the value goes back to '0'.
So, here is the way to max out your fresh skill.
N.B. : This tip doesn't work with Smashing skills coz they're already activated.
1. Go to your Master, and buy a new skill.
2. Verify that the skill is in 'black & white' (means that it's not trained yet).
3. Go to your UCE (I use Revolution Engine 8.3)
4. Do a search for value : 1
5. Go back to the game, and activate your skill.
6. Go back to your UCE and do a search for value : 0
7. Then, do as asual. Try to spot the right skill address by changing its value.
Hope it will work with you.
