Go to the north of Yaoxiang in Datong
Just in the turn you will find Sweeping Club Yang and Mountain Flowe Wen

Here you can grind on RL4 and RL5
Yang does less dmg than Wen
There is 1 Yang and 3 Wen's

Also you have to kill Yang and Wen for a quest there
