I believe that everyone pay close attention to detailed 1.0.5 patch notes all the time and you are always adjusting equip based on your own analysis and prediction. Now I will share you my own thoughts on equip adjustment and I hope it can help you.

However i guess they are making act 1 way stronger than intended with the level bonuses to mobs. Personally im fine with higher level mobs and being able to farm anywhere i want now for 63s. Now we just need some good set items to work towards.
