how to get my kdf toon on esd ?

iv been wondering what is the command to do this or how can i go to esd on my kdf toon plz when i ask in game other players just ignore or just be complete jerks plz help all i wanna do is be part of the fun

With free to play, you cannot get into esd, but after you complete the season 9 featured mission, surface tension, then you can get into the SIRIUS block if kdf, omega leonis if fed, but you cannot get into the other faction's base,even with diplomatic immunity. Believe me, ive tried.
also, if you can get in, it is obscenely hard.
