Level Rigor and Reflex easiliy

Get a friend whos not in your clan or in your party, look for a out of sight place where 2-4 town towers are close enough to shoot you.
Attack your friend to go gray and get killed by the towers. It wont always happen but sometimes when you get knocked down by the towers they will keep shooting you while your on the ground asking for help stay there and you will get your Rigor and Reflex leveled quite quickly.
(!) you need to do this hidden because people will res or execute you ruining your leveling.
(!) wait a few seconds it doenst start instantly.
(!) Doesnt always work if it doesnt get your friend to res you.

Used to work really well when you can parry towers. Now its worthless

perhaps im not being clear but there is no tower parry going on here you lay on the ground asking for help, not taking any damage cause you are already knocked down and get shot for the full duration of the release to bindstone timer.

dosent seam to work... have tried 100x spots in diffrent towns... seams like they have fixed this :/

I didn't try it, but I saw a guy doing it with a couple clanies right next to the bank in copperdale. He would whack them, die from tower, and keep receiving shots. If he didn't get shot, they would res him.
The trick was, when he was ressed, he was still rouge. So soon as he was ressed, he would have the towers shooting at him while he was invul. He would then unsheath and attempt to hit his friend while being shot. This second time would usually get him the desired results.

its like that I have done in 3 diffent cities without anyluck... have smacked my ress bot 2times so I would get the long rouge timer... w8ed 10sec rested up unsheathed my wep n died again...
sure I gain rigor/reflexes from it.... but thats nothing new...

well from chainress... but never got the towers to shoot at me when Im calling for help...
