bindstone recal skill gain

If you start the recall and then simply end it before you recall you will still gain the skill point.

Though at the moment we do not know if this is a bug or working as intended. But I tend to think it is a Bug.
We will see this at Maintenaince time today. This is so super public, that they will fix it today if they fix it at all.
