If you do a reverse mount attack and just before you finish the anamation it will throw damage to the front instead of behindyou so you can easily fake someone into thinking your not aware of their location or targeting someone else..

you need to clarify this some what, I dont understand what you are trying to say.

if you want to do frontal damage from you mount but fool someone into thinking your going to be doing a rear kick you simply start the rear mount kick then let go of the back up button before the animation fnishes and the damage will be towards the front of the mount instead of behind it.

I think I did notice this happen now that I look back on it. Was kind of confused why a back attack hit the mob in front of me, and also why a lot of my back attacks were missing. I'll verify this once the servers come back up.

This works and is a definite YAY from me!

In a hundred years I will still not understand for what this could be good .. honestly ...

Sometimes it's hard to do a forward mount attack, therefore this allows you to back kick and then hit infront of you on mobs instead of trying to rear up to them.
