Bugged Mob Spawn - Lvl Melee/Magic/Defense Skills FAST!

Dungeon Location: 6'41"E 18'21"S
Hello All,
Description:
Upon entering the dungeon, move from the entrance and head deeper only 50 steps. You will see low level water/swamp with (4) Man-At-Arms spawned. This spawn will be fixed with the latest patch is my guess, so level up those skills while you can.
These 4 mobs are currently bugged, the spawn in this location ranges from 4 types of mobs.
1) Human Guildmaster
---- Cast archery, try to LoS them while killing mages
2) Malaut Beguiler
---- Uses daggers, very good for skilling, cast spells, block them
3) Malaut Acolyte
---- Casts firewall for reflex, very easy, uses daggers
4) Human Man-at-arms
---- Avoid, they hit to hard and are not worth the grinding.
Skills Gained: This spot allows you to gain the following skills:
Melee/Melee Masteries
Archery/Archery Sub-skills
Reflex
Rigor/Ignore Pain
Defense
Constitution
Fitness
Endurance
Preservance
Toughness
Parry
Armor Proficiencies
Things to Know:
1) Practice makes perfect but if you kill one of the mobs, sometimes it will automatically spawn again, sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes for another to spawn.
2) I tend to kill 2 mobs so only 2 are up, allows non-step training.
3) If a mob spawns on a location, once dragged from that location, it will despawn the mob.

so when u walk in there they're just bugged out? Do you have to do anything

They fall from the ceiling land in the water and can only cast or use archery on you. If you get close they attack you melee. The mobs have been glitched for a long time, in that they despawn before you can kill them, sometimes before you can even hit them.
Nay,I can't say yay for this, its not profitable at all, and there is no way to macro here.
The basement has black knights "skin for sparkstone" and there is another room that can spawn greater belows.
A place for very easy and endless skill ups that comes to mind is the center dungeon in the black area, it is like a gauntlet that gets progressively difficult, but also there are really stupid mobs "evil eye things" and some minions that take like 1-2 hits before they die.
take a skinner. At the end there on the lower side there is a minotaur king or hero that is a solo spawn and drops decent loot. Nothing that amazing though.

gotta nay this also,was in there trying the spawn out,despawning before u get more than a couple of hits in,did manage to kill a couple but no grave stones appeared.

its not profitable at all
This is a spot to level your skills fast on monsters, not gain money/loot
there is no way to macro here.
You have to be attended... Does not say macro your skills to 100 o.0

Some of them can bug out, but out of the 4 spawning 1 will ALWAYS be attack-able in melee/archery/magic.

This is not a loot/gather spot, sometimes their corpses disappear, sometimes they stay depending on how 'bugged' the mob is.
Again, this is a spot to grind skills, not farm for money.
Edit: PLEASE read "Things to Know" in the OP
