DFO Cheats - Extra Muscular / Endurance Beyond Normal Means

You can buy muscular which requires 75 strength regardless of how much strength you have. Buy it quick before it is fixed.

Is this confirmed ?
Vit and STR can be buffed beyond 75 and allow you to buy the corresponding skill ?

I think if a skill requires X stat, it can be buffed to purchase.
But if a skill requires XXX HP/Mana/Stam, it cannot be buffed to purchase.
But I bought all skills so long ago I forget o.0

It used to be exaxtly the other way.
You used to be able to buff for the ones that required Mana/Stamina and HP, but not for the stats.
That is why I was a little surprised that this is supposed to work.
