Pull out melee weapon and stare straight down in the ground as it hits you. Weapon must be unsheated. Works on splash and direct hit.

give it a bit. DFO dropped a ton recently in members overall. Not as many people are playing the game

known about it for 6+ months, so does the majority of the EU server, nothing new really but yay I guess
