Warrior Combo Damage Exploit

I use this to farm or just to kill mobs quick. I use 2 handed sword and i have improved sword specialization. There is a bug when you use "Sweeping strikes" and "Cleave" together , you hit for double on 2 mobs. When you have "Sword Specialization" you will hit each mob 3-4 times each. I take down 2 elites 2 times faster than soling 1 of em. To do this pull 2 mobs, alternate damage between them and build up rage. when you have 90 Rage start with "Sweeping Strikes" then continually spam cleave. You will be able to get 4 cleaves in. Sweping strikes-30 rage Cleave-15 rage . Use this to levle up quick in winterspring killing tigers 2 at a time(easy kills) to the north winterspring at level 55-60. Also use this to farm in Scarlet monastary you will clear it 2xfaster.

This can only be done with a sword or can u axe specialize?( i dont have a warrior :[

I think a patch prevented you from being able proc sweeping strikes and cleave to proc together
