I soloed alot as much of SM as i could, you get some good stuff to sell on AH and if you have rested XP it goes fairly fast

I always found Hinterlands, Badlands, and Tanris locations best around that level.

Prolly do ZF till 48, then start doing Mara, follow with temple

47 = GO TO THE HINTERLANDS.

hinterlands are really hard to get to tho.

Solo SM graveyard and be sure to use Ravager.
