This method is done in the Cathedral of the Scarlet Monastery. You can average about 3 green items every 8 minutes or so with this method. Run into the Cathedral instance and go to the room where Mograine is located. Nothing should aggro unless you get too close, but if it does you shouldn't be in much trouble. Now go to the secret room on the right side where you Fight the Undead inquistor. kill him and he will drop 1-3 green items.
(most of the time its 3). You can also get the chests if u can defeat the mobs and they aren't locked. Run out of the instance and reset. (you reset bye leaving a group and switching leaders so have a friend on or just ask someone to help you). Repeat this until your bags are overflowing with green items. Go to the AH and sell all the items with good stats and vendor the junk.

This method works even better if you are a rogue since rogues can unlock locked chests and stealth. You can probably do this at 50 but 60 is reccomended.

I've done this many times in the past few weeks. Ever since Blizzard made it more confusing to reset an instance, it's become more of a nuisance. Maybe I'll just farm for Essence of Air or Water.

Oh yeah, what is now the easiest way to reset an instance?(After the lastest patch)

all i do (after im done farming and leave the instance) is invite a guildie to a group and leave it right after. pretty simple if you ask me.
