Arthra's tears : Eastern Plaguleands & RFD (Instance)

Dreamfoil: Eastern Plaguelands

Golden sansam: Hinterlands, Aerie Peak, Burning Steppes

Plaguebloom: Eastern Plaguelands

i need fadeleaf but cant find the most saturated place, any hints ?

Fadeleaf is in the lower lvl places compared at the herbs you posted, try looking in Arathi and lvl areas same as that.
