Whats with all the rogues in ZF?

Like, I know theyre farming but what exactly is it they are doing?
Might worth knowing thats all

They Farm this mini boss inside that drops blue item and by disenchanting it you get a
Large radiant Shard
that is worth around 5-10g maybe more taker 2 min to get in and get out.
