UI that makes WOW Movie-like?

I've seen pictures of a UI that makes the game movie-like. It moves the minimap down to the bottom along with everything else, and leaves the top completely clear, making it look more like a movie. Anyone know where this can be downloaded?

It could just make the things movable and the person moved them down like that.

It had a custom background and everything, and it was set up a bit differently.
